It is important to note that our pálinkas do not contain any kind of additives, so they do not have any added sugar nor aromas, flavour enhancers or colorants either.
At the moment we make pálinkas of some 21 different flavours. Almost all our apple and plum pálinkas have a registered designation of origin under the names APPLE PÁLINKA OF SZABOLCS and PLUM PÁLINKA OF SZATMÁR.
Our Pálinkahouse only uses internally developed fruit specific yeast strains and fibre decomposing enzymes protected by a patent due to which fact we are able to create especially harmonic compositions of aroma and flavour.
We are playing a pioneering role in the field of blending pálinkas since several of our products are made by blending separately prepared pálinkas, which on occasion, get a fresh fruit bedding for 3-6 months.
During the process of creating our pálinkas about 50-55% of the pálinka in the making is discarded, we only keep the most beautiful and the utterly noble part of it.

We label our pálinkas with their own age group each year, we grade each new distillate separately because as it is in the case of wine we cannot get two identical years with the same fruit quality.
Our company exclusively prepares just one type, that is premium quality pálinka. We do not have pálinkas that would fall into different categories of quality groups.
All our pálinkas are craftsmanship products complying with every requirement of this field in the Codex Alimentarius Hungaricus.
We pay full attention to the endemic fruit that grow in our surroundings, quite a lot of which render the raw material for our pálinkas like Maiden tits apple, Batul apple, Pepin apple of London, Blood-apple, the world famous plum of Beszterce, and Penyige plum, which is also called Dunno plum.
We possess one of the biggest distilleries where we have the opportunity to produce some 280.000 0.5 litre bottles of pálinka a year.
It can be considered a rarity on the market that our pálinkas without any exception rest for six months after distillation, then comes a minimum two-month long airing period and it comes to grading and bottling the new distillate only after these processes.
We have certain pálinkas which are exclusively produced in our distillery partly for technological reasons or because the necessary fruit is found only within our reach. These are as follows: Winter Pear Pálinka Selection, which is made from 4 different types of winter pear; Plum Pálinka of Szatmár Selection, which gets distilled together with the stones of a kind of plum with protected designation of origin; Szabolcs Cuvée Apple Pálinka on a Bedding, in the case of which it is only us who use the special apple types of the bedding for this purpose; Quince Pálinka, which contains 20-40 per cent of wild quince depending on the vintage; Raspberry Pálinka with added wild raspberry; but we can also include our Wild Apricot Pálinka, which can only be found in our offer as a commodity.
